"All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer.  A deep sense of awe came over them all, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders.  And all the believers met together in one place and shared everything they had.  They sold their property and possessions and shared the money with those in need.  They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity—all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved". ~ Acts 2:42-47 (NLT)

Small Groups

Small Groups provide three things that each of us need.  First, Small Groups provide a place to CONNECT with others.  We were not made to do life alone.  God created us for community, and Small Groups provide a place for us to connect with others, share life, and grow in faith together.

Secondly, Small Groups provide a place to PROTECT each other.  When we do life together, our problems become smaller as God uses others to bring support and encouragement to our lives.  Small Groups become a place where others don’t just know our name but also care about what is happening in our lives and want to support us in our spiritual journey.

Thirdly, Small Groups provide a place to GROW together.  Every person is created with God-given potential to make a difference in this world.  Small Groups are a place we can grow with others to become more like Jesus and reach the potential God has placed within each of us.

Sunday Worship

Our Sunday Worship Service focuses on four values.  The first is Celebration because we believe church should be enjoyable.  The second is Inspiration because we believe church should be a place for you to experience the presence of God.  The third is Preparation because we believe church should be a place where you learn how the bible applies to your daily life.  And the fourth is Salvation because we believe church should be a place where you can accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

Welcoming Our Guests

Attire:

All of our services are come as you are.  This means t-shirts, shorts, flip-flops, khakis, blue jeans, dress pants, dress shirts, and dresses are all acceptable.  Whatever you feel comfortable wearing is fine with us because we care more about you being here than what you’re wearing.

Children:

A nursery is available each service and a children's class is offered during the 10am Sunday morning service.

Arriving:

Finding us is easy.  We are located on Blackburn Road near the intersection of New Cut Road and Blackburn Road.  Our building is in front of the water tower.  Once you arrive, you can enter the sanctuary through the doors located on the front porch, the breezeway, or in the rear parking lot.

Getting Plugged In:

If you are ready to get plugged in, we offer five simple ways for you to connect with other believers and begin living out your freedom in Christ Jesus.  Those ways are:  (1) Participating in Sunday Services; (2) Participating in Growth Track; (3) Participating in Small Groups; (4) Membership; and (5) Sharing Jesus with Others.

As we let our own light shine,

we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our fear,

our presence automatically liberates others”.

"Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works.  And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near". ~ Hebrews 10:24-25 (NLT)
